Al Zaytun Community Learning Center (PKBM) Participates in the TKA SKB/PKBM throughout Indramayu Regency

INDRAMAYU-JAYA NEWS.COM – A Final Competency Test (TKA) readiness training for Equivalency Education Units (SKB)/Community Learning Centers (PKBM) throughout Indramayu Regency was held today, Thursday, January 29, 2026. The theme was “Ripening Towards TKA 2026.” This event served as a crucial opportunity for non-formal education operators and managers to ensure student readiness for the Package A and Package B exams in April 2026.

The training was opened at 10:15 a.m. WIB by Yudhi, Head of the Non-Formal and Informal Education (PNF) Section of the Indramayu Education and Culture Office (Disdikbud). Also in attendance were the Head of the Early Childhood Education and PNF Division of the Indramayu Education and Culture Office and the Technical Head, Muhammad Sofiudin, S.Pd. The event was attended by representatives of SKB/PKBM from across Indramayu Regency, including Hartono, S.Pd., M.Pd., Secretary and Tutor of PKBM Al-Zaytun, and Abdul Karim, S.Mn., M.Pd., Operator of PKBM Al-Zaytun.

In his opening remarks, the Head of the Early Childhood Education and PNF Division emphasized the urgency of education operator readiness.

“Education operators must be quick to prepare foreign workers because the deadline is tight, April 2026. Package A and Package B student data must be completed immediately,” he urged. This is to ensure that no students are left behind in the verification and registration process.

The second remarks were delivered by the Head of the Technical Team, M. Sofiudin, S.Pd. He announced the official schedule for foreign worker registration, which begins today and runs until February 27, 2026. Package A and Package B foreign worker applications are scheduled for April 2026. All registrations must include a passport photo. Specifically for foreign workers (TKA) in special placements, such as female migrant workers (TKW)/Indonesian migrant workers (TKI) and Umrah pilgrims, adjustments have been made to ensure their departure schedules are not disrupted.

The Head of the PNF Section also provided instructions for verifying the readiness of devices, particularly laptops, which are a primary requirement for TKA implementation. For the PKBM (Civil Service Learning Center), the TKA exam will be held on Saturdays and Sundays, providing flexibility for participants who are busy on weekdays.

This activity demonstrates the professionalism of educators and education personnel at PKBM Al-Zaytun. Hartono and Abdul Karim attended as representatives of the institution’s commitment to supporting educational equality. “Training like this is crucial to ensure the teaching and learning process runs smoothly and fairly for all students,” Hartono said after the event.

This training is expected to encourage improvements in the quality of equivalency education in Indramayu Regency, in line with the Education and Culture Office’s program to prepare competent and competitive graduates.**(AA)
