Indramayu Moves Towards a Green Economy, Polindra Ready to Partner in Research and Renewable Technology
INDRAMAYU-JAYA NEWS COM – The Indramayu Regency Government and PT PLN Energi Primer Indonesia (EPI) held a strategic meeting to discuss developing regional potential to support the energy transition and achieve the Net Zero Emission (NZE) target.
This agreement not only has a positive impact on regional development but also opens up broad opportunities for students, lecturers, and alumni of the Indramayu State Polytechnic (Polindra) to be directly involved in clean energy development.
The meeting, held in the meeting room of the Assistant for Government and Public Welfare, Indramayu Regional Secretariat, on Friday, July 18, 2025, was chaired by the Head of the Economic Division of Indramayu Regency, Iing Kuswara, who represented the Assistant for Government and Public Welfare.
As a vocational university offering a variety of applied study programs, Polindra is ready to capitalize on this momentum to strengthen its academic role while improving the competency of local human resources.
Polindra Director Ir. Rofan Aziz S.T., M.T.IPM, confirmed to the media on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, that the university is ready to be a strategic partner in providing competent human resources and applied technological innovations to support the energy transition in Indramayu.
