Indramayu Regency’s Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade, and Industry Office Holds Cooperative Training
INDRAMAYU – JAYA NEWS COM – To improve understanding and knowledge of cooperatives and enhance the capacity and competency of cooperative human resources, the Indramayu Regency Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), Trade, and Industry Office held a Cooperative Training Program in 2025 at the Kopsuka Hall on Thursday, November 6, 2025.
The Cooperative Training Program, held by the Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade, and Industry Office, featured two speakers from the West Java Provincial Cooperatives and Small Enterprises Office: Ahmad Rosad and Hesti Pangestu.
Ifatun Nahdiya, Head of the Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Division of the Indramayu Regency Cooperatives, SMEs, Trade, and Industry Office, explained to Jaya News.com that the Cooperatives, SMEs, Trade, and Industry Office is conducting Cooperative Training activities to improve and provide understanding and knowledge, as well as human resource development for cooperative administrators and supervisors in villages/sub-districts.
“Before carrying out the training activities, we at the Indramayu Regency Cooperatives, SMEs, Trade, and Industry Office have registered to participate in the training at the West Java Province Cooperatives, SMEs, Trade, and Industry Office,” he continued.
He continued, “We, the Department of Cooperatives, SMEs, Trade, and Industry, have also conducted outreach, processed permits, and prepared notarial deeds before conducting the Cooperative Training. These were completed on June 30, 2025.
“There were two participants per village in the Cooperative Training: Cooperative Managers and Supervisors from across Indramayu Regency from 317 villages/sub-districts,” he said.
“We hope that the Cooperative Training for the Managers and Supervisors of the Merah Putih Cooperative in Villages/Sub-districts will provide understanding and knowledge and improve human resources for the cooperative managers and supervisors. The Merah Putih Cooperative will ultimately improve the welfare of its members and the surrounding community, as the Merah Putih Cooperative markets many products, such as galleries, basic necessities, and other items,” he said.**
