BEKASI-JAYA NEWS.COM — The Director of the Arjuna Legal Aid Institute (LBH Arjuna), Zuli Zulkipli, S.H., a legal practitioner from Ciranggon Hamlet, Cipayung Village, East Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency, West Java Province, believes that implementing digital systems in various government sectors is a crucial breakthrough for improving the efficiency and accuracy of public services. He believes that the transformation from manual to digital systems can be key to increasing Local Revenue (PAD) and accelerating the progress of Bekasi Regency.
Zuli Zulkipli, S.H., emphasized that the current manual system often results in delays and potential data inaccuracies, which ultimately impact the effectiveness of regional policies. With digitalization, he continued, the entire process can be more transparent, faster, and measurable. “Digital systems are not just modernization, but the foundation for clean and accurate governance,” he said on Monday (10/13/25).
He added that increasing regional revenue (PAD) through digital systems will also have a direct impact on the community. Optimal regional revenue allows the government to expand development programs and provide more equitable public services. “If PAD increases, development can be maximized, and the benefits return to the people,” said Zuli Zulkipli, S.H., during an interview with reporters.
Zuli Zulkipli, S.H., also appreciated the steps taken by several agencies in Bekasi to begin implementing digital systems in administration, tax services, and business licensing. He believes this is a positive signal that Bekasi is adapting to the era of modern, data-driven governance.
“Digitalization must continue to be monitored and strengthened. We want Bekasi to rise, progress, and prosper. All of this can be achieved if the system is transparent and accurate,” he emphasized.
