Cirebon Regency’s KDKMP Cooperative’s First Visit to a Fostered Cooperative

CIREBON-JAYA NEWS.COM – A total of 44 cooperative assistants were deployed to strengthen the performance of the Merah Putih Village Cooperative (KDMP) in Cirebon Regency on Monday, October 13, 2025.

They consist of 42 business assistants and two Project Management Officers (PMOs) who will focus on assisting the village cooperative in its business development phase.

These assistants began conducting initial coordination through a meeting at the Cirebon Regency Cooperatives and SMEs Office and received their assignment letters.

The first task of the KDMP cooperative assistants in Bunder Village, Susukan District, is to conduct friendly gatherings and outreach.

Fiqih Sampurna, the business assistant/BA KDMP from the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, explained, “In the next three months of our work, we will be the spearhead in overseeing the operations and business partnerships of KDMP in Cirebon Regency.”

The Cooperatives and Cooperatives Business Assistant (BA KDMP) at the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs explained that KDMP has now entered the operational phase and has begun forging partnerships with several state-owned enterprises (SOEs). “To be able to partner, a viable business proposal is required. These mentors will assist cooperatives in preparing and submitting business proposals to partners, both SOEs and Himbara banks,” said Fiqih.

Ibnu Ubaidillah, the Business Assistant/BA KDMP at the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, added, “The mentors will play a role in various important aspects.

This includes strengthening the human resources (HR) of cooperative administrators, improving administration and management, and assisting in the preparation of business proposals to SOEs and Himbara banks.

Furthermore, they are also tasked with assisting cooperatives in using the SIMKODES application, an information system that serves as a digital reporting and management tool for KDMP,” Ibnu said.

After the gathering, we took a group photo with the cooperative administrators and Bunder Village officials.**
