Regent Lucky Hakim Praises Indramayu Transportation Agency’s UPUBKB, Best in West Java
INDRAMAYU-JAYA NEWS.COM – Indramayu Regency has once again achieved a proud achievement. The Motor Vehicle Periodic Inspection Implementation Unit (UPUBKB) of the Indramayu Regency Transportation Agency was named the Best Service UPUBKB in West Java in 2025, based on a decision by the Head of the West Java Class I Land Transportation Management Agency (BPTD).
The award was presented on National Transportation Day (Harhubnas), Saturday (September 20, 2025), and was accepted by the Acting Head of the Indramayu Regency Transportation Agency, Mardono.
Mardono stated that providing the best service to the public is his long-standing commitment. The UPUBKB continues to improve its quality every year, ensuring its benefits.
“This award is the result of the hard work of all staff at the Indramayu Transportation Agency’s UPUBKB (Automotive Vehicle Testing) Unit (UPUBKB). We always strive to provide the best, most transparent, and standardized service. Furthermore, with the innovative workshops in the testing areas, the public is increasingly benefited and services are maximized,” said Mardono.
Meanwhile, the Head of the UPTD UPUBKB of the Indramayu Transportation Agency, Sanudin, explained that the Indramayu UPUBKB has been accredited with an ‘A’ rating by the Director General of Land Transportation at the Ministry of Transportation. It also boasts sophisticated and calibrated testing equipment that is highly accurate.
Furthermore, it has transitioned from a manual system to a Full Cycle system (Motor Vehicle Testing Management Information System Application), and has innovative services, including a workshop within the testing area, making it easier for the public.
“Our equipment is sophisticated, meets the required standards, and is highly accurate. This success demonstrates the Indramayu Transportation Agency’s commitment to improving the quality of public services, particularly in the field of motor vehicle testing,” said Sanudin.
Indramayu Regent Lucky Hakim expressed his full appreciation for this achievement. He stated that this achievement is clear evidence that public services in Indramayu continue to improve.
The Regent is very proud that the Indramayu Transportation Agency’s UPUBKB (Automobile Traffic Control Unit) has been named the best in West Java. He hopes this achievement will motivate all regional agencies to provide excellent service to the public.
