Former Director of BPR KR Indramayu, Suyanto, Chief of Staff Victimized by Political Conflict

Suspected of being named a suspect for the second time, former Director of BPR KR, Suyanto, is suspected of attempting to bail out political leaders in conflict, resulting in the demise of BPR KR Indramayu and the ongoing payment process to third parties.
The alleged attempt to bail out certain parties in conflict and make BPR KR Indramayu liable for the following facts:
First, the Indramayu Regional Government has not yet calculated the amount of LPS bailout funds that must be paid by the Indramayu Regional Government.
Second, the Regent, as the authorized capital holder, and the Indramayu Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD) failed to establish an Audit Committee, resolve the dispute, and dissolve BPR KR. BPR KR was established based on Law No. 23 of 2014 in conjunction with Government Regulation No. 54 of 2017 in conjunction with Indramayu Regional Regulation No. 9 of 2019 in conjunction with Indramayu Regional Regulation No. 2020.**
