SINDANG INDRAMAYU-JAYA NEWS.COM – Pembina Sindang Kindergarten, Sindang District, Indramayu Regency, was selected as one of the recipients of President Prabowo’s flagship program through the 2025 Revitalization of Educational Units. Currently, the school is constructing a teacher administration room, a School Health Unit (UKS), and a play area for students.
This construction is fully supported by the government with a budget of over IDR 517 million. The funds are focused on improving early childhood education facilities and infrastructure to make them more suitable, comfortable, and safe.
The principal of Pembina Sindang Kindergarten, N. Enday Darnengsih, S.Pd., expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the government’s assistance. He stated that this development is crucial to supporting the educational needs of children at the school.
“We thank the government for implementing the revitalization program at Pembina Sindang Kindergarten. We will closely monitor this development, from implementing occupational safety (K3) aspects to ensuring the building quality meets regulations. All for the sake of a suitable educational facility for children,” Enday told the press on Tuesday, August 26, 2025.
He added that the development is not only about physical facilities, but also the school’s commitment to creating a safe, healthy learning environment that supports children’s growth and development. With the addition of a teacher administration room, a health and safety unit (UKS), and a play area, learning activities are expected to be more effective and conducive.
Praise came from parents. Dedeh Setianingsih, one of the students’ parents, expressed her pride and gratitude for this development.
“With better facilities, children can learn more comfortably. The learning environment will also further support their development,” she said.
Residents of Terusan Village echoed this sentiment. Rahmat, a community representative, believes the construction of a teacher administration room, a School Health Unit (UKS), and a play area for students demonstrates the school’s commitment to improving the quality of early childhood education.
“Early childhood education is the foundation of the future. With these new facilities, we are confident that Pembina Sindang Kindergarten can further enhance the quality of its educational services,” he said.
The construction process is targeted for completion within 120 calendar days, as per the agreed work contract. The school, along with the project implementer, is committed to maintaining the quality of the work so that the results of the construction truly benefit the students and the surrounding community.
