Al-Zaytun Initiates Revolutionary Transformation of Education Towards Golden Indonesia

GANTAR, INDRAMAYU-JAYA NEWS.COM – In the historic momentum of the commemoration of Pancasila Day, Ma’had Al-Zaytun, Sunday, June 1, 2925, hosted a large intellectual and cultural movement, entitled Training of Educators Towards Revolutionary Transformation of Boarding Education.

A strategic forum that not only touches on the technical aspects of the world of education, but also raises national awareness of the importance of building a superior generation to welcome a century of Indonesian independence.

The training began with remarks from the General Chairperson of the Committee, Ust. Eji Anugrah Romadhan, S.S., M.P.
In his speech, he emphasized that this training was present not as a ceremonial event, but as a strategic collective movement.

“There is no stronger way to build a nation than education that is continuously updated, improved, and aligned with the needs of the times,” he said.

According to him, this training is intended to unite the understanding of all elements of educators regarding the design of the 21st century educational revolution, build a culture of sustainable learning, encourage the active involvement of all stakeholders, and formulate long-term educational policies based on collective thinking. With the spirit of togetherness and guidance of Shaykh Al-Zaytun.

He invited all participants and elements of the nation to make education a path to the revival of Indonesia.

This activity was opened directly by Shaykh AS Panji Gumilang, who in his brief introduction emphasized the urgency of educational transformation which is not only structural reform, but also a revolution of values.

In front of hundreds of educators, dormitory administrators, logistics personnel, farmers, and students, Shaykh emphasized that education must go beyond the classroom and enter the structure of social life.

“This training is an effort to form a shared awareness that building a nation begins with building an educated way of thinking and way of life,” he said. Education should not be left solely to the state or institutions, but must be the collective responsibility of the people.

He said that this training must revive curiosity, responsibility, and the spirit of mutual cooperation as the foundation of a sustainable learning culture.

The Shaykh also reminded that future challenges, such as technological disruption, climate change, and social inequality, can only be answered with integral education.

Therefore, the concept of boarding school education instilled in Al-Zaytun is not just a pattern of living together, but rather a way to form character in a complete and interdependent ecosystem.

The opening atmosphere became meaningful when the songs Indonesia Raya and Padamu Negeri were sung together by all participants across generations. This is a sign that the training is not just a professional training forum, but a movement of values that uphold nationality and humanity. ***
