In politics, mutual aggression is commonplace, like in a football match; attack and attack are the reality of the game.
Lucky Hakim has proven himself to be a businessman-turned-politician, not a statesman. The facts have become common knowledge/public issue:
First, he resigned as Deputy Regent of Indramayu when running mate with Regent Nina, after completing a transaction with Adi Setiawan, President Director of the Indramayu Water Company (PDAM).
Second, he resigned as a member of the West Java Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD) and ran as a candidate for regent of Indramayu after completing a transaction with Sri Herman, who replaced him as a member of the West Java DPRD from the Nasdem Party.
Two issues are currently circulating in the public sphere: first, he told Saefudin, the Deputy Regent of Indramayu, that if he disagreed with them, he should resign.
This statement aligns with the statement of a party leader with a significant seat in the Indramayu Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD), who stated that Lucky Hakim is under the guardianship of two major party factions within the DPRD.
Second,
An influential figure in Indramayu stated that Luki Hakim will step down as Regent of Indramayu midway through his term.
It’s fascinating to witness the fragmentation of the political landscape in Indramayu, while simultaneously witnessing the cries of farmers, fish farmers, and the poor, whose plight is neglected and whose plight is so deplorable that it seems as if the state is absent.**
