Ono Surono, Deputy Speaker of the West Java Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD), Supervises Indramayu’s 2026 Governance
Indramayu Jaya News.Com – Deputy Speaker of the West Java Provincial DPRD, Ono Surono, ST, from the PDIP faction representing the West Java XII electoral district (Indramayu Regency), conveyed strict oversight of governance in his region for the 2026 Fiscal Year.
This message was delivered directly during a Halal Bihalal event attended by PAC chairs and PDIP members from across Indramayu Regency, at the PDIP DPD Secretariat office on Jalan Pahlawan, Indramayu Regency, on Sunday, March 29, 2026.
Ono Surono emphasized the importance of oversight to ensure the 2026 regional budget is used transparently and accountably for the welfare of the Indramayu community.
“We must ensure that every rupiah of the APBD truly impacts local development, from infrastructure to public services,” he told the PAC chairs and PDIP members present.
The Halalbihalal event was also attended by the Chairman of the PDIP Regional Leadership Council (DPD) of Indramayu Regency, H. Sirojudin, and several other party officials. This event served as a post-Eid al-Fitr gathering and political coordination to support the legislative oversight agenda at the regency level.
H. Sirojudin welcomed Ono Surono’s direction and pledged the commitment of PDIP Indramayu cadres to support this oversight.
“We are ready to be at the forefront of ensuring the government runs according to the people’s expectations,” he said.
This oversight of government administration is expected to strengthen checks and balances in the West Java XII electoral district, which includes Indramayu, amidst post-pandemic budget challenges and local issues such as agriculture and seasonal flooding.**
