The MUI Indramayu representatives consisted of:

The audit was conducted through on-site inspections at Fajrin Jaya’s business premises, covering:
1. The animal slaughter process, from preparation and slaughtering techniques to post-slaughter.

During the audit, the team also provided guidance and education to management regarding the importance of consistently maintaining halal certification, not only in the slaughtering process but throughout the entire process chain.
Overall, the audit proceeded in an orderly and smooth manner. The audit team noted several points for future evaluation and improvement, while also providing recommendations for guidance so that halal standards can be continuously improved and maintained.
Facilitators from religious scholars and the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) also provided advice and reinforced sharia values, ensuring that the audit was not merely an administrative inspection but also a means of preaching and halal education.
The JULEHA Team’s audit in Fajrin Jaya is part of a joint effort to maintain halal food for the community. It is hoped that the audit results and guidance provided will serve as a foundation for businesses to continuously improve service quality and compliance with Islamic law.**
