PUI PT for Coffee and Spice Post-Harvest (Co-Spice) at UNNES – Co-Spice Showcases the Richness of Indonesian Spices at Trade Expo Indonesia 2025

TANGERANG-JAYA NEWS.COM — The Center for Excellence in Higher Education Science and Technology (PUI-PT) for Coffee and Spice Post-Harvest (Co-Spice) is participating in the Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI) 2025, held from October 15–19, 2025, at ICE BSD, Tangerang, in Hall 3A (Food & Beverage).

This year, PUI PT Co-Spice Indonesia is present through the Cahaya Ladara Nusantara (CLN) booth, a consortium of partners that also serves as the Expert Board & Partners of PUI PT Co-Spice. The CLN booth carries the theme “Rempah Nusantara,” showcasing the diverse flavors and aromas of authentic Indonesian spices processed into innovative and high-quality products.

On this occasion, PUI PT Co-Spice Indonesia presented two flagship products: Pulassari Spice Drink, a blend of traditional spice processing with contemporary innovations, and Coffee Drink, made from high-quality, post-harvest coffee beans.
A total of 2,000 cups of spice drink and 2,000 cups of coffee drink were provided as free testers to visitors during the five-day exhibition, as part of an educational campaign and promotion of Indonesian flavors to the global market.
The CLN booth also served as a platform for strategic collaboration between Co-Spice and its partners from various regions in Indonesia.

Partners participating in the CLN booth included: Arana Spice, Hanoy, Kanggo, Organik Bali Spice, Nenek Moyang69, Raisya FNB, Serela Food, Bekal Travelingku, Ceu_Papay, Malsye, G. Pondok Aren, Oemah Koe, and Pulassari.
All of these partners showcased their superior MSME products in the Food & Beverage sector, strengthening the integrated spice and processed food industry ecosystem from upstream to downstream.

The delegation from PUI PT Co-Spice Indonesia attending the exhibition included Prof. Dr. Nanik Wijayati, Dr. Eka Yuli Astuti, MA, Nur Fateah, MA, Nalendra Iffata P.A., and Saiful Arni.

This participation is part of PUI PT Co-Spice’s strategy to expand its collaborative network, introduce innovative spice and coffee-based products, and enhance the potential of local bioresources to compete in the global market.**
