PT Pertamina Balongan and POLINDRA Hand Over Pellet Production Equipment to Tegalurung Village Farmers Group
INDRAMAYU-JAYA NEWS.COM – In an effort to support the development of the livestock sector in Indramayu Regency, PT Pertamina Patra Niaga IT Balongan and Indramayu State Polytechnic (POLINDRA) handed over a pellet production machine to the Tegalurung Village livestock farmers group, Balongan District, Indramayu Regency, on Tuesday, September 16, 2025.
The handover ceremony was attended by the Village Head, representatives from Polindra, PT Pertamina Patra Jasa IT Balongan, farmer groups, livestock farmers, and community leaders.
The purpose of donating this pellet production equipment is to benefit farmer groups and livestock farmers by:
– Increasing efficiency and productivity in animal feed production.
– Supporting the growth of livestock businesses in Tegalurung Village.
– Improving livestock farmers’ welfare through improved technology.
This pellet production equipment, developed by Polindra students in collaboration with PT Pertamina Patra Jasa IT Balongan, aims to simplify animal feed processing and empower farmer and livestock groups.
– The pellet machine is a technology that helps process animal feed into pellets that are easier for livestock to consume.
– This assistance is expected to reduce production costs and improve feed quality.
It is hoped that this equipment will benefit:
– Livestock farmers in Tegalurung Village can utilize the pellet machine to increase the scale and quality of production.
– It is expected to increase the income and welfare of local livestock farmers.
This assistance is part of the efforts of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga IT Balongan and POLINDRA to support the development of the agricultural and livestock sectors in the region.
Imin S.T., a representative from POLINDRA, expressed his hope that this assistance will benefit farmer and livestock groups in Tegalurung Village.
Tegalurung Village Head Abdulah said that initially, this farming was just a hobby, but after realizing the benefits and satisfaction, many other farmers emerged, including goat, chicken, and fish farmers.
“Hopefully, this pellet feed production equipment will provide economic value and boost morale,” he said.
This handover ceremony symbolizes commitment and collaboration to improve the capacity and welfare of the farming community in Tegalurung Village, Balongan District, Indramayu Regency.
