APDESI Riau Regional Leadership Council (DPD) and All Branch Leadership Councils (DPC) Across Riau Convey Village Aspirations at National Action in Jakarta
JAKARTA-JAYA NEWS.COM — The Regional Leadership Council (DPD) of the Indonesian Village Government Association (APDESI) of Riau Province, along with all APDESI Branch Leadership Councils (DPC) across Riau, participated in the APDESI National Action held in Jakarta on Monday (December 8, 2025). APDESI Riau’s presence at the action demonstrates the organization’s commitment to conveying village aspirations in an open, orderly, and responsible manner.
On this occasion, APDESI Riau conveyed its views regarding the implementation of Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) Number 81 of 2025, particularly regarding the disbursement of Phase II Village Funds in 2025. APDESI believes that attention and review are needed to ensure that the implemented policies do not hamper development and basic services in villages.
The Chairman of the Regional Representative Council (DPD) of APDESI (Regional Representative Council) of Riau Province, Zulfahrianto, S.E., stated that Village Funds play a strategic role in supporting village governance and improving community welfare.

“APDESI Riau respects the central government’s policies. However, we hope that the disbursement mechanism for Phase II of Village Funds in 2025 can be implemented on time, so that development programs and services to village communities can proceed as planned,” said Zulfahrianto.
He added that conveying aspirations through this National Action is expected to create a space for constructive dialogue between village governments and the central government, so that the resulting policies are truly oriented towards the interests of village communities.
The national action, attended by village government representatives from various regions, proceeded in an orderly and conducive manner. APDESI Riau affirmed its commitment to continue supporting pro-village government policies and actively providing input to improve existing regulations.
“Villages are the foundation of national development. When villages are given optimal space and support, national development will be stronger and more sustainable,” concluded Zulfahrianto.**
