The People Are Ready to Join the President Prabowo in Hunting Down Corruptors in Indonesia, Even as Far as Antarctica

The Vice President’s promise of 19 million jobs is untenable, as it’s simply a poor way to promote a cheap image. Moreover, the number of workers losing their jobs is growing, facing increasingly severe economic pressures.
This means that whatever he says next—not just mere promises—is truly untrustworthy, because this is the innate nature of his actions. He likes to lie without considering that the people are not fools like those who paid for their anger when they called for the dissolution of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI). The language of the DPR RI dissolution itself cannot be understood as an expression of the people’s anger towards the governance of this country, which the people have mandated to be managed properly and correctly by a clean state apparatus—not treasonous—let alone simply seeking to deceive with lofty promises that can never be realized.
This is the people’s disgust, boiling over into mounting anger, after the tax increase was doubled and then lightly and cheerfully increased the wages of council members who never bothered to listen to the people’s voice. So, their recess visits to their constituencies were clearly only meant to pass the budget. Not a single word expressed by the people—who had been deceived by them in this deceitful way—was ever included in the meeting agenda.
Clear examples of the council members’ unwillingness to listen to the people’s voice have been demonstrated in various forms of actions and demonstrations that have never been welcomed to hear the issues and problems that are currently plaguing the people. Such is the reality: the courtyard of the parliament building is heavily fenced off and the doors are never opened when protesters try to express their aspirations.
Incident after incident will continue to occur, such as the unrest that occurred from August 25th to August 28th, 2025, not only in the center of government, the capital city of Jakarta, but also throughout the country, causing losses and the loss of 10 lives. Without considering the extraordinary sacrifices the people must make, the people are more than enough to demonstrate how serious the people are in demanding fair treatment, not only in the economic sense, but also in the political, social, and cultural spheres, as well as in practicing religion according to their beliefs in a safe, comfortable, and peaceful manner. This is the true prosperity that the people desire to live happily as human beings with noble and honorable values, like all other human beings, without discrimination. Therefore, the government’s duty to provide decent and humane employment for all Indonesian citizens is an obligation, as is any effort to alleviate the burden of life that must not be burdensome, from ensuring people’s basic necessities to subsidizing or reducing the prices of basic foodstuffs and daily necessities. So that the meaning of “Baldatun Thoiyyibatun Wa Rabbun Ghafur” can be realized in this country.
Therefore, the people can be sure to wholeheartedly support with all their might the success of President Prabowo Subianto’s efforts to eliminate all obstacles — primarily from the ranks of the Red and White Cabinet and all elements within government institutions, including the managers of state-owned enterprises, who have so far only been used as a source of profit.
Improvements to clean and good governance are necessary to accelerate the recovery of the economic conditions that have plagued the people for far too long. Otherwise, this poor economic condition will become a bomb that will explode, leaving us devastated without ever being able to imagine the devastating consequences.
The President’s firm and decisive steps to lead the elimination of obstacles — or even destroyers — to the efforts to build this country are ready to be supported by all the people, without the need for commands, because what is more important is the concrete example of actions taken for and for the Indonesian people.
Therefore, President Prabowo Subianto need not hesitate or doubt in doing what is best for the people, because the people already understand what is best for the glory of their beloved nation and state, Indonesia.
Therefore, the people do not need to be taught to always love Indonesia—as advised by a Minister who still holds low regard for the people due to disappointment over his behavior, which he feels has hurt them. Because the misconception about the people’s looting cannot be understood as an expression of disappointment with the legal certainty surrounding the confiscation of assets of corruptors who deserve the death penalty, without amnesty or abolition, which could also injure the public.
The effort to enforce asset confiscation against perpetrators of corruption appears to be a result of bargaining within legislative circles, a result of a dominant majority of council members who are suspected of being involved in syndicates or mafias, as defined by the term “group corruption.”
The reality of group corruption in Indonesia has become part of the model and character of the culture of corruption in Indonesia, which is now increasingly being exposed under the leadership of President Prabowo Subianto, who will continue to pursue these corruptors even to Antarctica. And all Indonesians—those who are anti-corruption, of course—are ready to stand behind the President to eradicate all corruptors who are undermining the Indonesian state.**
