President Prabowo Hands Over 985 Sacrificial Cows on Eid al-Adha 2025
JAKARTA-JAYA NEWS COM – In a press statement, Friday, June 6, 2025 in Jakarta, Deputy Defense Minister,Donny Ermawan explained that this year, President Prabowo handed over 985 sacrificial cows to the community in each of the 38 Provinces and 514 Regencies/Cities.
Each region received one cow, except for 55 regencies/cities which each received two cows.
The weight of the cows handed over was between 800 kilograms and 1.3 tons.
“In addition, the President also handed over sacrificial cow assistance to figures, Islamic boarding schools, and community groups that were deemed necessary,” said Donny Ermawan.***
