For Accurate Administration, Pasir Pangaraian Prison Coordinates with District Court
PASIR PANGARAIAN-JAYA NEWS.CON – To improve the smoothness of legal administration processes for inmates, officers from the Pasir Pangaraian Class IIB Penitentiary conducted a coordination meeting with the Pasir Pangaraian District Court on Monday (October 6, 2025).
This coordination meeting was conducted by the Registration and Community Guidance Section of Pasir Pangaraian Prison. The main focus of the coordination was to ensure the completeness and accuracy of administrative documents related to the legal status of inmates.
Prison officers were received directly by officers from the Pasir Pangaraian District Court. During the meeting, both parties discussed mechanisms for submitting documents more quickly, accurately, and orderly to avoid delays in the inmates’ administrative processes.
The Head of Pasir Pengaraian Class IIB Penitentiary, Efendi Parlindungan Purba, through the Head of the Guidance and Counseling Section, Sunu Istiqomah Danu, stated that this coordination meeting represents a form of synergy between law enforcement agencies.
“This coordination is crucial to ensure that inmates’ rights are met in accordance with applicable legal provisions. With good communication, administrative processes can run more efficiently and accurately,” he said.
Through this activity, it is hoped that the cooperative relationship between Pasir Pangarayan Prison and the Pasir Pangarayan District Court will become stronger and support the professional and accountable implementation of correctional duties.*
