Joint Fajr Prayer Gathering Between Religious Scholars and Umara, and the Community of Jatinegara, East Jakarta
JAKARTA-JAYA NEWS.COM – Ustadz Khaerudin Sa’ari, Chairman of the Al Mubarokah Mosque Council (DKM), who is also the chairman of the Islamic Brotherhood Front (FPI) and the East Jakarta Islamic Brotherhood Front (Front Persaudaraan Islam Jakarta Timur), delivered his remarks on Sunday, November 9, 2025, at a joint Fajr Prayer Gathering Meeting between Religious Scholars and Umara, and the community of Cipinang Muara village of Jatinegara District, East Jakarta, at the Al Mubarokah Mosque in the Cipinang Besar Selatan BKT area, East Jakarta.

“As Muslims, the followers of the noble Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), we must not allow ourselves to be divided and divided.
Islam has developed rapidly to this day because we prioritize silaturahmi (friendship), tolerance, fostering good Islamic brotherhood, and maintaining good relations between religious communities. Therefore, we are taught to maintain silaturahmi (strengthening ties) and to preserve and foster unity,” said Ustadz Khaerudin Sa’ari, Chairman of the Al Mubarokah Mosque’s Student Council (DKM).
He further explained that the joint dawn prayer gathering was attended by members of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), Muhammadiyah, and various Islamic organizations.
“There were ulama (Islamic scholars), umaro (Islamic leaders), community leaders, neighborhood associations (RW), youth leaders, community leaders (LMK), and everyone,” he said, continuing his explanation. “Islam is beautiful and peaceful. Let us learn from the scholars, habibs, teachers, and ustadz (Islamic teachers) to always do good, emulate the Prophet’s morals, and follow his Sunnah.”
“If we carry this out, God willing, mercy and blessings will descend upon all of us and our beloved country, Indonesia,” said Ustadz Khaerudin enthusiastically and optimistically.

The joint dawn prayer service began with an opening remarks by Ustadz Wawan, followed by remarks by H. Achmad Mawardi, Head of Social Welfare in Jatinegara, H. Husain, and preacher KH. Mahfud Abdul Ghoni.
KH. Mahfud conveyed in his sermon that children should show respect for their parents and teachers. For example, when shaking hands, they should kiss their parents’ hands, not their foreheads.
“Furthermore, we must maintain our five daily prayers and, he said, learn religious knowledge from an early age. Be pious people who are humble and devoted to Allah SWT wherever we are,” he said.
The event also included a reading of the Maulid (Mawlid) in commemoration of the Prophet Muhammad’s birthday by the Ustadz, and a meal of Kebuli (a type of Islamic religious product) and fruit.
The event was a success and a blessing, attended by 300 people from eight villages in the Jatinegara District.
Also in attendance were Subdistric Head of Jatinegara, Dr. Endang Kartika Wahyuningsih, SKM, MM, and members of the MS3G management team, including Ustadz Sudrajat, Ustadz Suryadi, Ustadz Sukriya, Ustadz Sholihin, Ustadz Siswo, and Ustadz Maulid and H. Idris.**
