Studying at Polindra Gains Immediate Employment Opportunity in Korea

KOREA-JAYANEWS.COM – The Director of Indramayu State Polytechnic attended the Indonesia Global Talent Partnership Forum – Korea 2026, which took place on May 7, 2026, at Kyungnam University.

On this occasion, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between Polindra and Kyungnam University as a strategic step in expanding international networks in the fields of education and human resource development.

This collaboration is part of Polindra’s commitment to opening access to global opportunities for students, particularly by providing international study and career opportunities in South Korea in the future.

Through this collaboration, Polindra students are expected to have the opportunity to improve their competencies, international experience, and global work readiness.

As a form of support for this collaborative program, Kyungnam University has prepared several development stages for students. The program includes six months of Korean language training as initial preparation, followed by a student exchange program and industrial internship in Korea, and job placement opportunities after graduation. What’s even more appealing about this program is that it’s free for students to participate.

Polindra Director Ir. Rofan Aziz, S.T., M.T., IPM, told the media on Friday, May 8, 2026, that this step presents a significant opportunity for Polindra students to gain experience studying and working in an international environment while simultaneously enhancing the competitiveness of graduates in the era of globalization. Furthermore, this collaboration is expected to strengthen academic ties between Indonesian and South Korean educational institutions in developing superior talent ready to compete in the global industrial world.

Furthermore, Rofan added that this international collaboration is part of Polindra’s vision to develop strategic partnerships with the business world, industry, local governments,
as well as national and international partners.

With this synergy with Kyungnam University,
Polindra is optimistic that it can open up more opportunities for students to develop,
not only nationally but also internationally,” said Rofan.**
