The BPR KR Case is in a Mess with Mishandling?
Nearly two years after the OJK revoked BPR KR’s license, the situation seems increasingly chaotic and chaotic.
Why is this?
First, customer panic has led the Indramayu Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD), as the supervisory body, to politically panic and even hinder the proper resolution of the BPR KR case, as recommended by the OJK, to respect customer rights and allow BPR KR’s license to be revoked.
Second, the public is only seeking to have 16 debtor coordinators named as suspects in corruption crimes.
Corruption investigators appear hesitant to name the 16 debtor coordinators as suspects.
It’s predictable that if these 16 people are named as suspects, their resistance will reveal two things: who facilitated the 16 individuals’ role as loan recipient coordinators.
Second, who caused BPR KR to go bankrupt, leading to its license being revoked.***
