Al-Zaytun Community Learning Center (PKBM) Actively Participates in 2026 ARKAS Socialization

INDRAMAYU-JAYA NEWS.COM – In an effort to increase transparency and accountability in the management of Educational Unit Operational Assistance (BOSP) funds, 37 Heads of Community Learning Centers (PKBM) and operators participated in the Socialization of the Preparation of School Activity Plan and Budget Applications (ARKAS) for the 2026 Fiscal Year.

This activity took place at PKBM Bersama, Sliyeg District, Indramayu, on Saturday (December 20, 2025).
The event, which ran from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. WIB, featured two keynote speakers from the Indramayu Regency Education and Culture Office: the Head of Early Childhood Education and PNF, Yudi Imron Rosyadi, and the Financial Manager, Slamet Ismail, A.Md.

In his remarks, the Head of Early Childhood Education and PNF, Yudi Imron Rosyadi, emphasized the importance of synchronizing planning and reporting.

“Planning through ARKAS must be done correctly from the start. We hope that the SPJ reporting will truly align with implementation in the field,” he said.

Echoing this sentiment, Slamet Ismail, a technical financial resource, explained that planning is the “backbone” of BOSP management.

He warned that PKBM (Centers for Community Empowerment and Development) should not create careless plans.

“Many findings arise from ‘haphazard’ planning, where physical evidence is forced to conform to the plan. Budget principles must be transparent, accountable, and participatory, with reference to the 8 National Education Standards,” Slamet emphasized.

In his presentation, Slamet also detailed the technical regulations based on Permendikdasmen No. 8 of 2025. Several crucial points he addressed include:
1. Budget Composition: Minimum 10% for books, maximum 40% for honorariums, and proportional distribution for maintenance, equipment capital, consumables, services, and coordination costs.

2. Priority Scale: The order of expenditures starts with services, consumables, food and beverages for activities (meetings/assessments), and ends with capital expenditures.
3. Timeline: All 2025 BOSP SPJ Phases 1 and 2 are targeted for completion by January 2026.

This activity was also attended by representatives from Al-Zaytun Community Learning Center (PKBM), namely Sahrul Abadi Haryanta, S.Pd.I. (Treasurer) and Abdul Karim, S.Mn. M.Pd. (Operator).

The presence of these delegates demonstrates Al-Zaytun PKBM’s commitment to ensuring orderly financial administration.

In closing, the Education Office opened a wide consultation space for PKBM experiencing difficulties in budget preparation. It is hoped that through this outreach, the preparation of the 2026 ARKAS and Accountability Reports (LPJ) across all PKBM in Indramayu Regency can be completed on time and on target.****
