Bandung Administrative Court Trial for Tinumpuk Village Pilwu Will Expose Alleged Fake Diplomas
BANDUNG-JAYA NEWS COM – Village head candidate H. Wiyadi of Tinumpuk Village, through his attorney H. Dudung Badrun, S.H., M.H., filed a lawsuit with the Bandung Administrative Court in Bandung on Monday, November 24, 2025.
The official lawsuit has been received by the Bandung Administrative Court, stated H. Badrun, and is in accordance with the court release number 212/G/2025/PTUN BDG.
The lawsuit in question, firstly, requests a petition for a suspension of the village election process and the holding of the village election in Tinumpuk Village on December 10, 2025.
Main Points of the Case:
The decision of the Chairperson of the 2025 Indramayu Regency Simultaneous Pilwu Committee for the village is invalid/null.
Therefore, the Regent of Indramayu and his staff must respect the legal process at the State Administrative Court by ordering the suspension of the 2025 Pilwu (village head election) process.
“If it continues, it could have a negative impact on the Regent of Indramayu because the Pilwu Committee at the Indramayu Regency and Tinumpuk village levels failed to verify the educational documents of several candidates who were approved, and this is suspected to be fraudulent. This will eventually be revealed at the Bandung Administrative Court (PTUN) and will also be processed through criminal channels,” he told Jaya News.com on Tuesday, November 25, 2025.
According to H. Badrun, the hearing at the Bandung Administrative Court will be held on Monday, December 1, 2025, at 1:30 PM (Western Indonesian Time).
“We have actually sent a letter of objection to Regent Lucky, and it was even covered by the media a few days ago, but we have received no response from the Regent,” concluded the National Lawyer, who has decades of experience in the legal field.**
