Polindra Signs MOU with National Yunlin University, Taiwan
INDRAMAYU, INDONESIA-JAYA NEWS.COM – Indramayu State Polytechnic (Polindra) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Cooperation Agreement (PKS) with the Department of Chemical and Materials Engineering, National Yunlin University, Taiwan. The signing of the MoU and PKS took place on Monday, October 13, 2025, at the 7th floor of the Indramayu State Polytechnic Student Center (GSC).
The MoU and PKS were signed by the Director of Indramayu State Polytechnic, Ir. Rofan Aziz S.T., M.T., IPM., and Prof. Yu-Shen Cheng from the Department of Chemical and Materials Engineering, National Yunlin University.
The MoU and PKS signing ceremony also included an International Guest Lecture featuring Prof. Yu-Shen Cheng. The guest lecture was attended by the director, deputy director, head of the UPA, heads of departments, heads of units, heads of study programs, and students.
The Director of Indramayu State Polytechnic, Ir. Rofan Aziz S.T., M.T., IPM., through the Head of the International Affairs Office, Adi Kusmayadi, explained that this collaboration began in 2024 and the signing of the MoU and PKS is a further step in further detailing the collaboration.
Adi hopes that this collaboration will not only be limited to research, but will also open opportunities for further study and research collaboration between lecturers and students of Indramayu State Polytechnic and National Yunlin University, Taiwan. Furthermore, Adi hopes that this collaboration will be the beginning of Indramayu State Polytechnic’s collaboration with other universities outside of Taiwan.**
