In a big city filled with tall buildings and busy streets, live two people from very different backgrounds. Ita Arita, a beautiful 19-year-old girl, lives in luxury as the only daughter of a wealthy family.
Her father is a successful businessman who owns numerous properties and businesses throughout the city. Arita lives with all the comforts and luxurious amenities that money can buy. Despite this, she feels something is missing in her life, a kind of emptiness that no material possessions can fill.
On the other hand, there is Rie Mante, a 22-year-old young man who lives as a homeless person. He was forced to live on the streets after his family experienced severe economic difficulties.
Rie works small jobs to survive, such as busking or working as a porter at the market. Despite her difficult circumstances, Rei has a strong will to live and big dreams of changing her fate.
One day, Arita and Rei meet by chance in a city park. Arita was taking a thoughtful walk, while Rei sat alone on a park bench, enjoying a simple meal she had just bought.
As Arita passed by Rei, he accidentally dropped his wallet. Rei, seeing the wallet fall, immediately ran after him to return it.
Arita was surprised when Rei approached and returned the wallet. He was touched by Rei’s refusal to accept any reward for his kindness. From there, Arita began to wonder who Rei really was and how he could live so wisely despite his poverty.
That meeting marked the beginning of an unexpected friendship between Arita and Rei. Although they came from different worlds, the two discovered similarities in life values and dreams.
Arita increasingly visited Rei in his bed under the bridge, bringing food and unused clothes. Rei, in turn, began to open up and share her stories with Arita.
Over time, their friendship blossomed into something deeper. Arita realized that wealth cannot buy true happiness, while Rei showed him that courage and sincerity can bring about profound change.
Despite numerous obstacles from Arita’s family, who disapproved of their relationship, the two continued to fight to be together.
Ultimately, their love overcame all differences. Arita and Rei proved that true love transcends social status or wealth.
They both worked together to build a better future, with Rei successfully continuing her education and becoming a successful professional, while Arita learned to use her wealth wisely.
They lived happily, proving that true love can change someone’s life for the better.
“They believe in the power of love to change the world.”
“And life is beautiful when we love each other regardless of wealth or caste.”**
