The Director General of Higher Education, Ministry of Science and Technology, Attends Open Senate Session and Scientific Speech at Polindra
INDRAMAYU – JAYA NEWS.COM – In celebration of its 17th Anniversary, Indramayu State Polytechnic held an Open Senate Session and Scientific Speech at the 7th Floor of the Student Center (GSC) Building on Wednesday, July 16, 2025.
Present at the 17th Anniversary Open Senate Session and Scientific Speech at Indramayu State Polytechnic were Prof. Dr. Ir. Sri Suning Kusumawardani, S.T., M.T., Director of Human Resources, Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia; Director of Indramayu State Polytechnic, Ir. Rofan Aziz, S.T., M.T., IPM; Board of Directors, Deputy Director 1 for Academic Affairs, Ir. Badruzaman, S.ST., MT., Deputy Director 2 for Planning, Finance, and General Affairs, Ahmad Lubis Ghozali, S.Kom., M.Kom., Deputy Director 3 for Student Affairs, Alumni, and Cooperation, Ir. Karsid, S.T., M.T., Academic Community, Heads of Departments, Heads of Study Programs, Lecturers, Staff, and Student Representatives.
In his remarks, the Director of Indramayu State Polytechnic, Ir. Rofan Aziz, S.T., M.T., IPM, welcomed and thanked Prof. Dr. Ir. Sri Suning Kusumawardani, S.T., M.T., Director of Human Resources, Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology of Indonesia, for her presence to deliver a scientific oration at Indramayu State Polytechnic in commemoration of its 17th anniversary.
Rofan Aziz added, and presented a report on Polindra’s 17th Anniversary activities, including strengthening collaboration, realizing impactful innovation, the spread of Polytechnics and AKN (National College of Engineering), Polindra’s development, and Polindra’s 2024 achievements.
IKU 1.1 Presentation of Bachelor’s, Diploma 4/Diploma 3/Diploma 2 graduates who have successfully secured employment, continued their studies, or become entrepreneurs.
IKU 2.1 Presentation of lecturers engaged in Tridharma activities at other universities, working as practitioners in industry, or mentoring students engaged in activities outside their study programs.
IKU 2.2 Presentation of lecturers holding certificates of competency/professionalism recognized by the business and industrial worlds, or presentations of lecturers from professional practitioners, the business or industrial world.
IKU 2.3 Number of lecturer outputs that have received international recognition or are implemented by the community/industry/government, per lecturer. IKU 3.1. Number of collaborations between undergraduate and diploma (D3/D2/D1) study programs,
IKU 3.2. Presentation of undergraduate and diploma (D4/D3/D2/D1) courses that use case-solving or team-based learning methods as part of the evaluation weighting,
IKU 3.3. Presentation of undergraduate and diploma (D4/D3) study programs that have international accreditation and certification recognized by the government, IKU 4.2. Average budget performance score for the implementation of the RKA-K/L Satker of at least 94,
IKU 4.3. Evaluation score of the integrity zone of the main unit assessor’s results of at least 75, Polindra Innovation 2024, Human Resource Transformation Acceleration of 100 Doctoral Lecturers at Polindra, as well as the competition for entry, and finally, superior lecturer human resources to strengthen the role of impactful campuses.
Meanwhile, Prof. Dr. Ir. Sri Suning Kusumawardani, S.T., M.T. In a press statement to the media, she said, “Happy 17th birthday to Polindra.”
“It’s a mature age, so Polindra needs to accelerate its transformation, especially in strengthening its lecturers and staff resources. They can educate graduates who are globally competitive and can also impact the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. They can listen to community issues and help resolve them,” she said.
Sri Suning Kusumawardani added her message to the lecturers and staff: “I urge you to improve your qualifications and competencies, as well as your careers and commitment as professional lecturers and educators, scientists. Everyone should work together and contribute to Polindra’s progress.”
She hopes that in its 17th year, Polindra will continue to advance and excel, contributing to its surrounding community. Polindra has a wealth of lecturers and staff who can undoubtedly contribute to the government.**
