Spiritual awareness is needed for everyone to understand the deeper meaning of life beyond worldly desires by feeling a connection with the divine power of the Rabbi who is the unity of the universe.

Maintaining the frequency of a humble attitude, not feeling like the center of all things, so that egocentricity can be controlled, not wild and needing a sense of bowing down, gratitude and surrender to accept fate and be patient, without losing enthusiasm in various efforts made.

No less important is sensitivity to good values, easily touched, full of empathy, not neglecting critical vigilance and accuracy towards many things, especially those that will bring harm, both to oneself and others. Therefore, dare to bear any burden no matter how heavy on the basis of justice and humanity.

Can be more silent and orderly to reflect on self-reflection so as not to be arrogant and hurt or offend other people’s feelings. Then the most important thing about the purpose of life itself in a spiritual perspective is not oriented towards material things, because the main thing is spirituality that carries ethics, morals and noble human morals given by God as the khalifatullah who brings divine values. That is the purpose of life that is always weighed with right actions and their maximum benefits for oneself and for others.

Even through the maturity of good and correct spiritual behavior, it is able to overcome the shock of the soul, rain only because it is strong but because of the belief in the divine meaning behind all events that occur or are hitting everyday life that are unexpected or that have been previously predicted.

So basically responsibility in a spiritual perspective always always starts from the awareness and commitment to live in harmony with the sunnatullah, the law of nature that exists in the absolute authority of God. Therefore, the values of truth, honesty, compassion that are born from communication with God will be a reference and guide that not many people are able to have and do.

As a responsibility to oneself, among others, is to feel obliged to maintain a clean heart and mind until it produces sincere and honest actions, as part of a form of worship. Therefore, the nature and attitude of envy, arrogance and unimportant lusts – including unnecessary pleasure for oneself – will be avoided by means of much dhikr, praying and reflecting on oneself honestly and humbly to be corrected, if it has already happened.

Of course, through routine and diligent spiritual practices, one can develop better self-potential and noble quality, without the need for recognition or appreciation from anyone. Because all self-potential that develops – then may be able to produce good fruit – does not require recognition or legitimacy from anyone – because its nature is very personal and that ability is only for ourselves.

Therefore, the portion of sharing in the context of spiritual practice is freer in nature and attitude, does not have any binding attachments. Because the essence of spiritual practice is basically an effort to free oneself from various shackles, including the limitations of religion that are often misinterpreted to get closer to God. That is the spiritual responsibility that is needed not in the sense of ritual, but as an effort to maintain harmony between the gati, thoughts to actions that must have a divine value content in every aspect of life that is lived and pursued.**
